Lumeva Lighting stands behind the quality and durability of every product we sell. All Lumeva products are covered by our comprehensive 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- LED failure under normal residential use (dimming, color shift, complete failure)
- Track corrosion or structural degradation caused by material defects
- Controller and power supply malfunction not caused by power surges or improper wiring
- Mounting hardware failure under normal conditions
What's Not Covered
- Damage resulting from improper installation not following Lumeva guidelines
- Physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or extreme weather events
- Cosmetic wear including minor scratches, fading from prolonged UV exposure
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, or incorrect voltage supply
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Normal wear and tear over time
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Gather your order number and proof of purchase.
- Take clear photos of the defective product.
- Contact our warranty team at warranty@lumevalighting.com with your details.
- Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
