Shipping & returns

• Free standard shipping on orders of $500 or more.
• Orders under $500 ship for a $24 flat standard rate.
• Standard-color orders ship in 3–5 business days.
• Custom-painted orders ship in 5–7 business days.
• Direct color matches (matched to your exact, specific color) are made to order — allow about 2–3 weeks to arrive. We confirm the color with you before production.
• You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

We ship to all 50 US states and DC. International shipping isn't available at this time — contact us if you need an international quote.

• 60-day returns on unopened products in original packaging.
• Custom-painted tracks are non-refundable but exchangeable for a 15% restocking fee.
• We pay return shipping for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping.

1. Email help@lumevalighting.com (subject: Return request) with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Package the item securely in original packaging and drop off at any carrier location.
4. Refunds post within 5 business days of receipt, to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email help@lumevalighting.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement within 48 hours at no cost.

You can change or cancel an order any time before it ships. Once a custom-painted order enters production (typically within 24 hours), we can't cancel — but you can still refuse delivery and return per the policy above.
