Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All original components, hardware, and documentation must be included
- Custom RAL color-matched products are non-returnable unless defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@lumevalighting.com with your order number and reason.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number.
- Ship using a trackable method to the provided address.
- Refund processed to your original payment method upon inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
