Make a warranty claim

Tell us what failed and we will sort it. Our 2-year warranty covers Lumeva products against manufacturing defects; Govee lights are Govee's own product and carry Govee's warranty, so those claims go to Govee — your Lumeva track is covered either way. You do not need your order number — if you cannot find it, leave it blank and we will look it up. Most claims get a reply within two business days.
